Fast fat loss
Am trying to lose weight for a skinny structure, but still failing to lose weight. My diet is v controlled, I dnt eat anything junk or out side food. Drink I take once in a while. Mostly taking fruits and milk or Lil veggies. I use honey instead f sugar most f the time. Though I have decent weight as per my height but I like lean body so wan to lose 5 kg atleast. I was thinking to go for fat burners since I have heard they help you to lose weight fast but then I dnt workout in gym so not very sure. M mostly walking or jogging for fitness. Also I have pcom and thinking to go for thyroid test too. My metabolism has also slowed down now. Is there any sure n Safeway to lose weight in a healthy manner. I dnt want to ho for any diets or meds since I dnt really think they helps. Though m firm believer of Ayurveda. N won't mind trying that.

(B physical activity - walk or gymming any thing (C you got to follow right diet practices. As you are thinking of a thyroid test. I wish your levels come in range. Please do not think about fat burners as they might impact your kidney. Hi, please include whole grain cereals and pulses in your diet. Here are a few tips that will help you:- Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day's energy comes from breakfast. Include healthy fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits and vegetables in your diet avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods. Drink a glass of water every hour daily to optimally hydrate the body. Note: The given prescription can change according to different conditions.

Also do you have any issues like irregular menstruation or hair fall to evaluate thyroid or PCOS.
