I had 2 chemical pregnancies. Doc suggested hsg. Hsg report is attached which says Tubes are dilated but open. Can I conceive naturally?

As the tubes are required for the egg and sperm to meet and then for it to travel to uterus naturally
So if the tubes are diseased it is difficult for you to conceive naturally
