Anything from lack of sleep to a Brain tumor can cause fainting and giddiness in a 20 year old Male. That's why in the Medical College the students are taught to first take a proper history of the patient, do a proper physical examination (including seeing the patient, feeling the area of the disease, take a few measurements, and then do a few investigations) . Doctors don't jump to the conclusion the moment the patient utters one word. You are expecting that.
