Your symptoms suggest episodes of transient paralysis with retained consciousness, which could be due to: 1️⃣ Cataplexy – Sudden muscle weakness triggered by emotions (seen in narcolepsy). 2️⃣ Seizure (Atonic or Tonic) – Brain activity-related loss of movement. 3️⃣ Hypokalemic Periodic Paralysis – Temporary paralysis due to low potassium. 4️⃣ Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) – Neurological symptoms without structural damage. 5️⃣ Sleep Paralysis – If it happens around sleep, it could be REM-related. Which Doctor to See? 📌 Neurologist 🧠 – Best specialist to evaluate your condition. Next Steps: Get Neurological Evaluation (EEG, MRI Brain if needed). Blood Tests – To check for electrolyte imbalances. Record Episodes – Note duration, triggers, and any warning signs. 📌 Book a neurologist consultation on Practo for detailed evaluation. 🚑

You are not a candidate for Tele-consultation. Please consult a General Physician in your area. He may either treat you or refer you to a Neurologist or a Psychiatrist.
