First take antibiotics for three days, twice a day..
Take an orthopantamogram or xray and verify the condition of the teeth.

soft brushing left side.
avoid chewing left side.
avoid hot and spicy food..
avoid touching the swelling area, intraorally with the tongue.
use warm packs three times a day and each five minutes.
