I am during continuosly running and exercise for fat burning. The fat from all my body loses but fat of my face reamains as it is. Kindly tell what is the reason fir that and how to loose fat from tthat part also.

Extra fat is stored in ur fat for removing follow three main things like healthy diet, facial exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk and oily food.

Hi There is no diet for losing the fat for the face. But you can surely do a face exercise and face yoga for losing the fat on your face. But I cannot tell you exercises over here.
