Eyes twitches
My left eylid is twitching from 1 month.
It stopped automatically few days ago but now again started.
Kindly suggest solution.

This is due to anxiety mostly. Sometimes it continues for weeks together. You may stretch the skin and put a small piece of paper tape as a counter irritant. Look for an underlying cause of anxiety. Lubricant eye drops may be used as adjuvant

May be due to calcium defficiency, or due to Anxiety. Pl take tab.Shelcal 500mg, 1tab per day in the night after food. Pl consult Ophthalmologist online for better evaluation and treatment.
