Eye twitching from last 1 month
I am having twitching from last one month in my LEFT EYE. Sometimes on upper and lower lid. Also visited eye doctor and he gave me multi vitamin and minerals and eye drop. His observation was digital eye strain in both eyes. Its been 20 days and little relief and now a days i get little irritate when my eye twitch. Please help. Sometimes I overthink and get anxiety and panic attack too.

Twitching can be attributed to the dryness of the eyes, lubricants should suffice for now

It isainly due to stress and strain.And also due to calcium deficiency.pl take Tab.Shelcal 500mg, 1tab per day for 1 month.pl Avoid stress and strain.pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
