You can use refresh tear drop 3-4 times a day for 2 weeks. While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often. To consult sos/local ophthalmologist if symptoms persist or worsen.
