Eye pressure
I have slightly high eye pressure of 22 Hg. My eyes water sometime. I also have eye power of -3 in both eyes.
I want to know what steps should be taken to reduce the eye pressure and block the onset of glaucoma?

Hello
I am sorry but there is no Preventive step for Glaucoma
A pressure of 22mm is just borderline high pressure
You can get central corneal thickness and diurnal pressure checked
