Mostly after 18 yrs ,eye sight will be stabilized( will not increase further),
But in 10 % people it will keep on increasing till few more years.
U need to check once in 6 months, once it gets stabilized , if you want to get rid of glasses,
Then there are lasik options.
But for that
1)Patient age should be more than 18 years
2)eye sight should be stabilized
3) Corneal topography (scan) should be normal

But to reduce eye strain-
you can follow 20 20 20 .
look at a distance of 20 feet for 20 seconds after every 20 minutes of excessive near work

Its likely to limit by the age of 18 to 20 yrs
After one year you can get rid of glasses by lasik operation.
