Hi thanks for your query. Eye sight disorders mainly seen due to vitamin A crisis. So take greens leafy vegetables, green all,spinach, beet,carrots, beetroots broccoli, cabbage,cauliflower, all gourd family vegetables. Fruts also equally good like papaya, guava, citrus fruits, etc.avoid from uv rays,frequently wash by clean water .avoid pollution.
