Extreme tired after exercise
I started my new exercise routine in gym... 2 days strength training with one day gap... Other 3 day cardio... Not pushing myself very hard... Sat sun rest I eat banana before exercise and lunch after exercise with whey protein ine scoop... still I am feeling very tired and dull... Why it's happening... I should feel energetic na rather then dull... What should I do
