Tired after exercise (cycling)
I did cycling for one hour at Monday evening. From next day I feel very week. Even after two days that is on Thursday also my body is feeling tired. Not able to do any work. Please let me know what is the problem with my body

If you are not used to a certain level of Physical activity then such things happen. You should build your stamina slowly. By exerting excessively when your body is not used to it, such things happen. Please go back to gradual activity.

Do you do cycling regularly or done for the first time after a long gap? Take rest. You mar take Tab Combiflam if you are not allergic to it.Drink plenty of water with electral powder.
