Extreme mood swings
In the past 4 days many things happened in my life i had multiple mood swings on first 2 days in had pretty elevated mood, it was like after several months of mild depressing period I'm was feeling good, but then out of nowhere the next day i was feeling very irritable and frustrated and my mood was low i had a mental breakdown too when i cried a lot that day. After that since yesterday my mood is somewhat better. What could be the reason behind these mood swings?
