Extraction
Hi doctor, I have a deep cavity tooth, which even has a deep hole. I have actually gone to a doctor for extraction 8 years back. She was very experienced doctor. She gave me two injections for anesthesia. I still felt pain so she gave third injection also. I had taken antibiotics for three days and then only gone for the extraction. When the doctor started shaking the tooth to pull I could not bear the pain and started screaming. The doctor scolded me for screaming and told me to leave and come some other day. I have anxiety and I did not go for the extraction. I brush my teeth twice now days. It pains if I bite that side, so I don't eat that side.  That tooth is bleeding sometimes if I clean it with tooth pick and it is broken little bit and has become brittle. Can I go for sedation dentistry doctor but I have breathing difficulty. Is it safe to do sedation for extraction of this deep cavity. I have attached a photo of the tooth. Inner half of tooth has the hole. Please help

why did you not opt for RCT ? I need to see an Xray of the tooth to let you know further . please provide one and may be you would not have to go for extraction and instead get Root Canal done and save the tooth

You are lucky the tooth was not extracted. Its seems like a firm and sturdy tooth that may be saved by RCT if the radiological findings support. Better visit an experienced endodontist for correct opinion and treatment. save your tooth as extarction is going to be highly costly and may not even be indicated
