My right external oblique muscle( abdomen muscle) tighten . So, any one tell me which oil or cream internally soften the right abdomen muscle. It taken a tight shape. So, which oil is best for soften the muscle go deep inside the skin

There cannot be any ointment that can go beneath the skin and relax any tight muscles. Muscles can relax with keeping them in good posture and do the right exercise.

Hello, In answer to your question, as suggested earlier, there is no cream/oil etc that penetrates too deep. For creams to have any effect they have stay in skin contact (without fabric friction) for a fair time... And any classical strain and mild tear could take at least 6 to 8 weeks. Also to reconsider if the external or internal oblique is injured......they are one below the other. So we dont know which one is injured... Usually you should have some ASIS or rib area pain (area where it inserts). I would suggest ice (15 mins)and go about normal activity and dont do anything that hurts. A physiotherapist consultation will help to guide you exercise wise in different stages.
