Exercises while having piles and fissure
I'm have piles ,anal fissures and also skin tag on posterior part of anus.I was thinking to lose some weight which exercises should I avoid not to worsen my conditions

Exercises should not cause any problems. Add more fibre in your diet. Drink lot of water, consume lots of vegetables. Plan your diet well, do regular exercises to reduce weight.
