Hello there...well its a pretty tricky question as a through evaluation is necessary to arrive at any conclusion now i am assuming you have Lumbar Spondylitis...... now Just remember this Golden Rule any activity/posture which reproduces your symptoms should be avoided.wt training puts lot of demand on the body.high impact activities like jogging, running, jumping should be Avoided...actually cervical/lumbar and Ankylosing Spondylitis (which i assume you dont have) have different sets of Do & Donts ..... please be a bit more specific with your condition, region of pain, your occoupation, right now what all activities you do. Resort back to me with the details and ill give you a detailed feedback. Regards & Take care.
