Hello May I know ma'am can I do exercise in pregnancy. Please let me know. If do what kind of exercise we do. Actually I was doing trade mill, cross training, stretching, swimming. Please suggest me Its my fist month of pregnancy. Also feeling pain in lower abdominal.

You can do exercises in pregnancy . If you have been doing all these previously also you can continue, but do make sure you are comfortable whole doing it. Also in first trimester people experience fatigue so don’t push yourself hard.
