Tell abt ur weight, height & activity . Than will find out u are adequate or over weight. U are doing daily exercise than u can choose substitute of exercise like brisk walk, yoga  once in week. For reducing weight diet also should be modified. If u are overweight than daily calorie burning required for that diet and physical activity both play important role so u can reduce ur time resting day do half an hour exercise or other activity work.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

You should do exercise min 3-4 days . That will show you benefits . Maximum is 5-6 days . Yes one day should be rest day . Take care n consult personally for proper guidance

What's your height and weight? If you overweight daily exercise 1-2hours daily. But if your weight is ok means within normal range then 30mints walking daily. Walking is must. Contact me through practo direct consultation for further information surely help you..
