Exercise bike for osteoporosis knees
Hello, I want to buy a stationary exercise bike. My knees are little weak and said to be be osteo arthritis knees. So can you recommend which type of stationary bike should I buy, recumbent or upright for casual home exercise?

You're too young to suffer from osteoarthritis. This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Arthritis at your age is highly unlikely. Still please share Xray if you have. Either bike can do. Initially u can visit some gym for the stationary bike. And if you are comfortable doing stationary bike, shift to on-toad bicycle. Also start with knee strengthening exercises.

At your age arthritis is unheard of! Why would your buy a excercise bike when you can buy an actual bike and commute with it too! Also do check if you are low in vitamins d and b12. Often these are cause of pain and not arthritis at your age. Get injectable vitamin if you come low. And your pain will go in a week!

Anything works. Nothing too aggressive. Take it easy with the exercises initially to prevent further pain
