Excessive thigh fat
Hi. I weigh 61kgs. I have excess fat on both sides of my thigh just below the hip. Because of this i do not feel confident in the clothes i wear. I also wish to reduce my buttocks. It appears to be really huge because of the fat on my thighs. Pls suggest few exercises as following a diet is diffuclt for me.

Hello,You must take healthy nutritious foods ,diet plan and exercise can help one to reduce weight , have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , meat .Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries. Do yoga or aerobic exercise which helps in reducing belly fat.
