Excess fat deposition in legs, thighs
Dear Doctors, My mother is 58 years old arthritis patient. She has excess fat deposition in upper legs, thighs and arms, it doesn't look normal. Is it obesity or lipedema ? For arthritis you can consult a orthopedic. But along with that she need to reduce weight too. Make sure you include hight fiber and reduce carbohydrates in her diet you can start floor exercise which will help her to observe inch loss. Ask her to do yoga practice. Consult with orthopaedic doctor Ask her to take high fibre diet like more of fruits and vegetables and drink lot of water and keep moving 10-15 min daily after every meal
