Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure it’s tough for you. Sweating is a sign that your body is giving to tell you that there is some discomfort you are experiencing from the social interactions. This could be fear from meeting new people and somewhere subconsciously your mind is going into thinking that you might be judged when you meet these people. The reason this thinking arises is because there would be an unhealed incident where you felt judged. We will have to create a safe space and put you in a trance and then heal the related emotions of this incident to ensure you feel safe in social settings. Once the emotions are released you will feel good in these situations. You’re brave. Stay

Hi It seems like you could have social anxiety. Excessive sweating and palpitation are symptoms of panic attack. A combination of medication and psychotherapy will help you overcome fear of meeting people and talking on the phone. To feel better consult a psychiatrist for medication and psychologist for counselling. You can gradually work on overcoming your fear. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Hi... It appears to be social anxiety but considering the post covid hike in heart related issues it is always good to consult a cardiologist and get yourself checked. Treatment of social anxiety is primarily psychological. Taking therapy regularly will help you overcome this condition and develop the necessary skills and strength to deal with your issues effectively.
Next Steps
