Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure this is tough. Excessive sleeping and still feeling tired is a way for the body to tell you that there is something in the sub conscious mind that needs your attention. Excessive sleeping is a way for you to avoid the deep feelings towards something. The reason you are feeling tired and lazy is because the mind and the body are over working to hold these heavy emotions in your system since they are unhealed and unprocessed, kind of like raw. They are painful and hence your system is trying to protect you from them. However, until and unless they are opened in a safe space and processed, you will not feel relief. Sweating is also a symptom of your body conveying some kind of fear. It could be coming from the same incident or something else. We can only find out once in therapy. You’re brave. Stay
