Dear human, thank you for sharing and reaching out. You’ve taken the first step in resolving your concern and I appreciate your decision to reach out for help. It must be very difficult to manage daily activities with excessive sleeping as it’s pretty tiring. Sometimes finding the cause of excessive sleeping is not easy as it can be either due to biological or even mental issues, but there is always an option to try and get control of the situation. Here are some tips you can include in your schedule which can help improve your sleep and control it: Get enough good night's sleep Don’t go to bed unless you are sleepy Sleep early Set a timer when to wake up and follow it Exercise regularly Add activities to your schedule and try to keep yourself busy These tips can reduce your sleep time and help improve your mood in your daytime. If these don’t help you out and if it’s getting difficult to follow, you can always book an appointment with us and you can talk in a safe place with no judgments. Hope to hear from you soon and take care! www.heartitout.in/book-a-session

Dear you, Step 1- don't let your thoughts associate studies and sleepiness. How to do that ? Everytime you sit to study and start feeling sleeping. Develop a desipline of changing the place . Do this without trying to reason with your mind. Just do it. Step 2- drink water . That will wash way the association.  You will start developing a new nural  pathway. Step 3- morning and evening sunlight. Don't reason with yourself. Just do it. Everyday for 5 mis. Stand and enjoy.
Next Steps
do this for 21 days. you will see the magic happen.
