Excessive sweating
Hi, Whenever there is a spotlight or I get attention like during a  presentation , social gathering etc I immediately start sweating profusely even though the situation is not so tense, but I still tend to sweat and this becomes embarrassing for me. This has been happening for years now and  I am afraid of doing most of the things on a daily basis to save myself from this embarrassment . I maintain a healthy diet ,do workouts ,but still have been suffering from this. Can anyone please guide me

Hi, it looks like you feel anxious when the attention is on you and when you are in front of a crowd. Your concern is you sweat a lot when you are in a social gathering. It is known that stress can make a person sweat. To get help you can consult a psychologist and seek counseling. You can consult a doctor as well and get an opinion on what could be causing excessive sweating.

Hi... The way you have explained, it appears to be a case of social anxiety or phobia. But a proper diagnosis will require a proper evaluation. There are various methods of overcoming it through exposure therapy and cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT). Also, if it is caused by some psycho-social factors simple Counselling will also work.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist and start taking Counselling Sessions.

Hi Need to clear some more situations like you face these issues only during social gatherings or any presentation or there is any other situation where you feel same. It’s might be social anxiety but need to clear and assess it. You need proper psychotherapy sessions where you learn to overcome in these situations.
