Evidence based(GERD)foods

What are some evidence based Indian foodstuffs that i must eat? I have GERD and i have a history of Gastric Esophagitis. I have 2 questions-Normally my diet is 3 big meals. I have been recommended 4-5 smaller meals during the day. But what should be those "4-5 smaller meals"? Because 3 big meals for me usually are Chapati-Veggie for breakfast and lunch and Dal Rice with veggie for dinner. Second question is what foods will help reduce my chronic GERD? Thanks!

Hello.... Avoid spicy hot food items... Always have easily digestible food items.. Make a practice to have curd and buttermilk... I Drink lot of water .Both neutralizes gastritic juice... You try each food whichever aggravates your symptoms stop that food... You continue same menu but in smaller quantity...
