Estrabet 2 mg
I have periods every month but its scanty my dr prescribed estrabet 2mg×2 times a day to check my endometrial lining for 10 days. But as estrogen is not prescribed in menstrual women's I am scared to take it.. will it cause severe side effects in 10 days? Please help

There has to be a pattern for giving hormones for any woman. Unfortunately the logic of giving two tablets of oestrogen for 10 days is not clear.

Every medicine has a side effect Do not take it if you are scared of the side effects Scanty period is okay if you are not overweight and your thyroid levels are normal

You have scanty flow as you are not ovulating. Just increasing your lining is the solution. You need evaluation like prolactin and tsh values and a scan.
