ERP for OCD
Diagnosed with OCD having different themes like blasphemy, rumination and reading and is under treatment with a psychiatrist. I have tried to consult psychologist who specialises in OCD but have always disappointed with the session as I am unable to find someone who specialises in ERP for OCD which is proven to be most effective in OCD. As per my experience meds alone reduces symptoms  temporarily but is not enough for the treatment. Is there any psychologist who provides ERP for OCD and have experienced in this field?
