I have been treated RCT of my left lower pre molar tooth one year before. Now, there is an epulis on gums on this tooth for 25 days. It size is small. It looks nodular and spongy. Please give treatment option allopsthy Or homoeopathy

Tooth has to be re-rctreated if necessary. Get xray of tooth done. Take antibiotics and analgesics to relieve pain and swelling. You can consult through this for prescription of medication.
