Recently diagnosed with multiple uterine fibroids. I have bad abdomen pain.periods are regular with normal flow.doctore suggested for urine routine test.Epithial cells range 6-8.

It's the pus cells that are important If periods are regular Without an excessive flow the fibroids are asymptomatic n do not require any treatment

Epithelial cells in the urine have nothing to do with your fibroids. Please consult with a Gynaecologist for further management.
