Just found out that I have a uterine fibroid which is almost 5cm in size. I'm on Testosterone right now cause I'm transitioning and I drink Whey protein as a supplement cause I go to the gym. Do I have to avoid those now?

Are you into body building? Excess testosterone if taken can be converted to estrogens and this can produce fibroids. So Unless you are into serious body building where it is a career choice, dont indulge in testosterone.
As far as fibroids is concerned, a fibroid is a benign tumor which is mad eof muscles and fibers. It needs treatment only if it causes symptoms that are distressing, say constant pain in tummy, urine problems, and excess menses. For a lady who is going for infertility treatments too a fibroid may cause he uterine cavity shape to be abnormal. In such cases it needs removal.
In most cases fibroids are known to be associated with excess creation of the uterine lining and this can cause excess bleeding at menses.
Whey proteins have to be taken in moderation.
