If you are not having any symptoms and the fibroid is not encroaching inside the uterus, no need of any treatment. There is no medical treatment of fibroids.

You need to consult, because if you have no symptoms and you have completed your family then at your age you need not go for surgery and medication will not be of much help.

It depends on your symptoms. If you are not able to get pregnant or if you have menstrual issues , then you need a surgery.
