Is endometrial thickness of 19.2 mm okay for 4-5 weeks pregnant or not with hcg 641 at that time and only 2-3 mm gestational sac(which is not sure as of now as to whether its a gestational sac )?

If you are pregnant  thickness is of no concern Ultrasound that too trans vaginal scan will pick up a pregnancy only after bhcg titers are more than 1000
