hello, visit a dentist and get your checkup done.for sensitive teeth you can use any sensitive toothpaste available in market.get your X-ray done of the damaged tooth.if there is any infection get the treatment done followed by a cap.also get your scaling and polishing done every 6 months.brush teeth twice daily floss regularly and rinse after every meal.
u need to get crown done on your teeth. and cleaning in other words scaling has to be done. sensitivity can be solved by restoration by restorative dentist
