I have been talking to a guy since 1 yr . we met on facebook exchanged numbers since i already knew him . he is senior to me , pursuing his ms from abroad. we wxchanged numbers and have ben talking over phone , watsapp, skype. we met also when he came to India. he introduced me to his friend as well. we became so close that we madeout once. later i came to know he was alreday having a girlfriend and was using me just as a tympass but never confronted him. after few months our long hours chat almost ended. he 1ce said i was a his girlfrnd only whom he hasnt proposed yet. Now whenever he talks , his way of talking is entirely related to sex . whenever he feel lyk talking to me , he texts .. and as a hypnotised person replies inspite of knowing that he is clearly cheating on me . wht shud i do , shud i confrnt him or stop talking to him , which is really difficult for me .

Hello my friend...just remember "Broken heart and shattered dreams are key mentors for weaving a glorious destiny."...Consult nearest psychiatrist as you require detailed counseling session and you may require medications to solve your problems as many things can't be discussed in forum like this...With that fallow relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation, avoid alcohol, smoking, coffee, tea...have good sleep and develop healthy food habits..good luck
