Hi dere, I have read about ur problem. It seems u r going through a rough patch in ur life. Sometimes situations contribute and influence a lot in how we feel. What u r going through is apparently evident of low emotional state with a lot of other problems related to anxiety and irritability. Every thought is followed by a feeling or emotional response which in turn controls our behaviour. The anger or irritability u have is just a reaction of ur mind to deep seated anxiety and low mood. This is not real u...this much is clear ...this is just ur illness.... U r pretty much competent to deal with these but u ll need some help in terms of coming out and working through the situation. A psychiatrist of ur choice will b able to do dat using medicines or counselling or both. So do not hesitate in enabling ur self to achieve wat u intend to. I hope this helps u but still feel free to ask any further questions...I ll b more than happy to respond. Thank u.

Your symptons suggest that you may be undergoing a depressive episode. kindly meet a Psychiatrist to get a thorough evaluation done, and your complaints can be managed by medication and/or psychotherapy.
