Emotional imbalance
I have delivered a baby last month and it has become extremely difficult to manage my emotions. I am crying most of the time and unable to understand the reason. Also not able to express my feelings to anybody and not only feelings I am not able to express if I am experiencing any physical health issue. There is a block which is restricting me to express myself. How to deal with this?
