I am extremely emotional hypersensitive
I am suffering from emotional problems. I feel bad of small things happy too at small things over ambitious and I feel all emotions at extreme,in anger I am out of control..when I cry I cry like anything same is with laughter ..but now I laugh less unhappy with family friends all appear to be self centered. What shall I do

You should try and meditate. Also try to note down different moods that occur to you in a day and analyze for a week. Try consulting after a week. Try and get a hobby if that's possible.
