You have not mentioned for how long do you have these problems. Are they of long duration or recently started after some stressful situation? From the information provided some anxiety & depressive features are present.

hi dear, thanks for your approach. All these feelings relates to emotional disturbance of some incidence/ relationship. those thought which is stored in mind, it is reflecting in dreams naturally the sleep will be disturbed. It seems that you require an emotional support, in which you can share the feelings you are experiencing. Before it get worse, you can approach psychologist/ professional in your place. stay positive. take care.
