My problem is I am extremely emotional, if I have to justify , I cry , if I fight I cry , if I start being loud I cry .
I know I m an emotional person and crying is good , there is no shame in it but at the same time I want to understand what makes me cry before I speak or tell anything .
Do I need a consultation for the same ?
