Elevated heart rate
Hello doctor. I want to discuss this problem which I have been suffering from since many years. The moment I get up from my bed or stand up, my heart rate shoots up significantly. My resting heart rate is always between 60-80. But it goes upto 120 the moment I stand up. 150 while to climb up the stairs. It's very gradual too. The heart rate increases gradually and slows down gradually when I lie down. It's very regular too. Somebody told me this could be POTS. please help. My life has become my miserable.
