Hello
Physio you can start with light exercise and the doctor will take care of progression of exercises.
And it's good time to start with exercise , complete bone healing takes some time but best is to gain all movements as soon as possible.
And yes you can do light work.
Thanks
Hi, don't wait anymore. U can start now by going to a physio clinic. Try to push urself rather than staying in comfort zone. Take continuous physio for 4 weeks.
You can start the physio therapy sessions after removal of cast.
Take calcium rich diet, and do exercises by asking the physio at home as well for faster recovery.
