I had meet with an accident on September 13 went trough an operation were they put a plate in my albow Last week they removed a screw from the albow which is parallel to another bones which was giving me trouble for bending my hand Just wanted to know any specified excises

The proper heat your Elbow joint,10 to 15 minat. put yuor Elbow on the tabel. Forcefuffly straight move your Elbow. and apply The MFR sudden increase your Elbow ROM ( bending)

Hot water fomentation and active exercise, no passive streching and isometric exercise for elbow flexors and extensors. Proper physiotherapy by experienced physiotherapist would be helpful
