Ectopic pregnancy 24 June 2021
I had got an ectopic pregnancy laproscopy surgery on 24th June and now upt is tested positive after fertility treatment my last date of periods is 19th December 2021 and ovulation date 29th December. Beta hcg is 421.80 But no sac is visible in transvaginal scan and what should I do next

Wait for some time. Get repeat scan after 2 weeks. It may show sac and heart action.

Do not panic. It is way too early to comment. Serial Beta HCG monitoring would be a good way. It is best you consult with a doctor and get your doubts cleared.

Tvs will show a sac whn bhcg is more than 100 Repeat bhcg Doubling in 48 hours indicates normal intrauterine pregnancy
