Ecosprin 75mg
Hi Doctors, I'm 25w5d pregnant with a cervical stitch. I had mild spotting (just a drop or two) after a vaginal swab, which stopped after skipping Ecosprin 75mg for a day. I’m concerned due to low resistance in Doppler and the warning on Ecosprin packaging about third-trimester risks. Here are my 25-week readings:
Right PI: 0.35
Left PI: 0.56
Mean uterine PI: 0.45
MCA PSV: 19.6 cm/s, PI: 1.6, MoM: 0.61
Umbilical artery PI: 1.0
Ductus venosus PI: 0.37
CPR: 1.6
Fetal weight: 742g
FHR: 149 bpm
My BP: 89
Should I continue Ecosprin since my third trimester is yet to start or should be stopped given the condition?

If there is no more spotting it is better to continue ecosprin at least till 36 weeks or till delivery.
Your scan findings over all seems normal. However will need the proper ultrasound report for further opinion.
It is high resistance flow that we will be worried about not Low resistance flow pattern. Low resistance means the blood flow is good and shows that Ecosprin is working.
