No significant abnormality seen. Does your Father have any problem apart from hypertension and diabetes? How much is his b.p?
What meds he is taking?
Giddiness could be due to postural hypotension I.e. fall of b.p> 10mm.hg on standing up.
He should stand up slowly.
Get b.p checked in supine sitting and standing position.

ECG Interpretation (General Observations):
• Rhythm: Appears to be sinus rhythm.
• Heart rate: Within normal limits.
• No acute ST-segment elevation or depression visible.
• No significant Q waves or T wave inversions that would immediately suggest recent myocardial infarction.
• The automated interpretation (seen on the right) states “Abnormal ECG”, but does not list a specific critical finding—which can sometimes happen due to minor conduction delays or age-related changes.
However, please note:
• This ECG does not show any obvious signs of acute ischemia or arrhythmia.
• Giddiness in a diabetic hypertensive patient can still arise from postural hypotension, medication effects, or even inner ear issues—despite a normal ECG.

Suggested Next Steps:
1. Clinical Evaluation: Get a physician to correlate ECG findings with blood pressure readings, postural vitals, and neurological signs.
2. Basic labs: Electrolytes, kidney function, and hemoglobin to rule out anemia or hyponatremia.
3. Echocardiography (if not done recently): To assess heart function, wall motion, and valves—especially given cardiac history.
4. Holter monitoring (if symptoms are recurrent): To rule out intermittent arrhythmias.

Good News:
His blood sugars (FBS 102, PPBS 140) are very well controlled for a diabetic, which is reassuring.
Consult cardiology as soon as possible
Needed 2d echo and most probably require angiogram
It is scary to listen as such but consult cardiologist immediately
The ECG shows t wave changes in a number of leads ,it could be non specific or related to ischemia.consult a cardiologist for correlation with his symptoms
