You have not mentioned the reason for getting this ECG done.
ECG image is not of very good quality.
In simple terms ,your heart rate is normal
There's a short PR interval and some non specific ST-T changes which may be normal
Short PR interval in an ECG may be an accidental finding , definitely need cardiologist consultation for your age to see if it's WPW syndrome
